Rough meal plan for the rest of the week:

Thurs/Fri: pie, roasted potatoes, sprouts and veg
Sat: fish from freezer and chips
Sun: pizza
Mon/Tue: salmon wellington (probably weds too)

I had lasagna and it was terrible, haven't had food disappoint in a while. Couldn't eat it. Made a quick burger and later had a chocolate bar to feel better about myself HAHA

I finally cooked the mushrooms yesterday, just with cheese on toast. Was good to eat a somewhat cooked meal. Will have more mushrooms tonight.
